Emma is a level 3 childcare practitioner. She has a plethora of experience working as a nanny and in a nursery school supportinging children from 1 month- 12 years. Emma comes to Boubird Childcare with some lovely references. She is also a qualified dance teacher and lifeguard.

I am an enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious worker. I promote excellent time-keeping and I demonstrate a commitment to quality and efficiency I have studied musical theatre for two years doing a BTEC level 3 then I went on to do a 1 year HNC at the City of Liverpool College which I graduated, I now look forward to a new challenge where I can apply and develop the

In my role for child care assistance my duties were to do new activities every morning and afternoon  keeping the children entertained from the age 4months to 12 years running from 6 days a week.

Eurocamp Animation Kids Club Manager July-Sept 2020

In my role as a Manager I made  sure every staff member is trained and ready for the kids club to Open, I made the Rota’s every Week and held daily meetings to make sure everything is run smoothly, I still took part in doing activities with my team, I also dealt with family complaints and always making sure the right paper work was up to date to the work policy.


Eurocamp Kids Club Team Leader May-October 2019

In this role I had to make sure all staff members are well trained and made sure they know what there doing.

I helped out the whole team on daily bases to set up there session and to close down as well.

I made the weekly rota and tried to give everyone 2 days of weekly.

I dealt with many customer issues on daily bases.

I had to make sure all equipment and area is hazard free as we had over 60 kids around.

I was a kids entertainer of ages (6month-18 years olds)

In this role we had different age groups. Each day every person had different age group to entertain. I had to plan my day by my self as we did not have a specific plan for the day.

I made sure every child that attended had a life time to remember. Including getting the whole family together and made sure they are entertained.

I had to get all the equipment needed for the day and make sure they are hazard free.

Esprit France (Snow Ranger) January-March 2018.

For This position as a child care team member it was my duty to ensure a weekly activity plan is carried out by me and the team. Set up activities and cleaning down the child care rooms. We make sure all children and families have a fantastic and full filled time during of their stay. This role gave me a lot more experience with children, this gave me a great opportunity to really get to know the children and families I was working with so I could focus more on the activities around them.


Santa’s Lapland November 2017-January 2018

As a Santa’s Lapland Elf, we be responsible for a variety of aspects of family’s visits to Santa and ensure all the guests receive the complete Lapland experience. This role requires a determined and enthusiastic mind-set and a willingness to ensure every guest receives a fantastic experience by being able to entertain, perform and provide activities for children and families.

Snow Ranger role was to ensure all children are happy and enjoying their stay by having activities set all week, Maintain the high standard expected from esprit childcare, Communicating with families for the week giving out information, this gave me a lot more confidence and experience that I needed We make sure all children and families have a fantastic and full filled time during of their stay.


Santa’s Lapland November 2016 - December 2016

My Role was being an Elf making sure we deliver the smooth and efficient running of all elf duties from greeting and taking them to Santa, doing airport duties, making sure every guest has a magical experience as it’s a short stay, maintaining the traditional Santa story at all-time ensuring that we only get seen in our character and not in any other capacity.
